Cancellation Policy

To cancel and reschedule, please ensure this is completed 72 hours before your booking. If you cancel within 72 hours of a service, you may incur a small charge to account for the lost wages for your cleaner. If we are able to fill their schedule, then owners discretion will apply to a waiver of this fee.
